We have a variety of flavors in addition, naturally, to the "Gold Standard", Pure Dark--usually including cocoa nibs to bump up the cacao content. We use only natural, high quality and fresh ingredients for the most satisfying flavor (e.g. we grind our own nut butters). We are always finding new combinations (and will do requests), but here are some examples :
