Chocodisiac is dedicated to serious chocolate aficionados who insist upon the finest ingredients. We use high cocoa-content dark chocolate couverature imported from Belgium to mold the shells, while the ganache (filling) is made with Tabasco state cacao beans which we toast, hull, and grind here for an intense chocolate experience. We are constantly experimenting with new interesting and innovative flavors using simple, unadulterated, fresh ingredients that complement the naturally seductive taste of the chocolate itself.
